Baptisms!

Hello!!
There have been some wonderful things happening in the Great OCM! :) First off, we got to take a road trip to Zanesville because LOMA GOT BAPTIZED! 😄 She has been waiting and working to be baptized for three years! Goes to show that anything is possible when you put your complete trust in God. It was a beautiful baptism... And I got to see my amazing daughter, Sister Hansen, the one and only Sister Johnson, and so many wonderful Zanesville ward members who I grew to love dearly. Also, one of Lomas sons was there and he always will put a smile on your face. 😀

Andy and Debbie came to church again and are absolutely loving it all! We invited them to be baptized and Debbie said, "I'm going under!!" haha and then Andy just smiled and said yes. They're the cutest couple and are so excited to be baptized together! They've been asking if they can renew their vows before being baptized but we think they are wanting to be sealed 😂 we will have to clarify that.

I want to thank everyone so much for all the prayers! I had surgery on Monday and all went well. Our mission president and his wife have been taking really good care of us. I'm so grateful for the prayers because I know they helped keep me here for the surgery and have helped the recovery to go well. 😊 Thankfully we have technology so even though we were at the mission home, we were still bale to have a video call lesson with Andy and Debbie.

Life is absolutely amazing. I love it here in Ohio. Serving a mission is the best decision you could make... So if you're contemplating it, GO!! (unless the Spirit tells you specifically not to go haha) it is hard, but holy cow... It is so so sooo worth it. You see the gospel of Jesus Christ completely change people. You see the atonement of Christ at work in those around you and in yourself. You get to see people grow and make covenants with God! You make best friends who will remain best friends into the eternities. You grow to love your family even more. You grow to love God and Jesus Christ more. It is the best. 😊

Love you all so so much!!

Stay happy!

Love,
Sister Morris
