No, I didn't just type up a bunch of random letters. That is the name of the town in Wales that Andy and Debbie are from! 😂 Isn't that crazy? Haha I'll try to get a video of them saying it.
Great news! Debbie got baptized on Saturday! Unfortunately the bishop has been out of town so Andy was not able to receive the priesthood or baptize her, but she was still so happy! She is terrified of going under water so baptism was a pretty scary thing for her. When she came up out of the water there was absolutely no fear--just pure joy. She and Andy are so incredible! Their son, Richard, is super kind and has been working on a painting of the Savior for Sister Hicks and me. Debbie gave us two rough drafts at church and holy cow. They are beautiful! Hopefully he and his wife will start taking the discussions soon.
After two super fantastic transfers with Sister Hicks, she is getting booted out of Marble Cliff. :( I'm so grateful to have been blessed with such amazing companions my whole mission! Super excited for another transfer in the Cliff. I know there are so many miracles in store!
